A gentle brightening cleanser with acai, gallic acid, and L-arbutin
Description:
Apple Brightening Cleanser is a sulfate-free cleanser designed to assist in skin brightening and gently exfoliate dead, hyperpigmented skin with natural apple fruit acids while powerful antioxidants protect against free radical damage.
Best skin brightening results achieved by using all four apple brightening products in this apple series. Always remember to wear sun block to avoid further unwanted skin pigmentation.
Directions:
Apply nickel size to face and neck. Cleanse gently with warm water using circular motion, rinse, tone, nourish and protect.
Ingredients of interest:
Sodium Hydroxypropylsulfonate Laurylglucoside Crosspolymer: A mild surfactant based on sugar chemistry.
Sodium Lauroamphoacetate: A compound used to condition hair, a cleansing agent (surfactant) and foam booster.
Sodium Cocoyl Hydrolyzed Amaranth Protein: An organic surfactant that is non-irritating, provides nutritional components
Decyl Glucosides Hydroxypropyl Sulfonate: Provides soothing and smoothing properties, acts as a non-ionic surfactant for gentle skin cleansing. Made from the sugar of corn.
Alpha-Arbutin: Inhibits Tyrosinase to limit the production of Melanin, provides natural skin lightening actions to relieve visible pigmentation disorders
Gallic Acid: A phytochemical with anti-viral, anti-fungal and antioxidant actions. Gallic acid is part of tannin molecules found in mango, witch hazel, amaranth, and strawberry
Lactic Acid (L): An alpha hydroxy acid that hydrates, exfoliates, refines and perfects the surface of the skin by reducing wrinkles and pigmentation discolorations
Resveratrol: Dilates blood vessels to improve oxygenation, stimulates cell growth and slows enzymes that break down proteins to protect collagen structures, prevents UVB damage
Pyrus Malus (Apple) Fruit Extract: Maintains youthful skin, rich in malic acid which refines and rejuvenates the skin, inhibits elastase to maintain healthy elastin fibers
Euterpe Oleracea (Acai) Fruit Extract**: Rich in polyphenols, phytopsterols and Omega 3 and 9 essential fatty acids, balances lipid activity, promotes skin repair and membrane stability
Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Leaf Extract*: Rich in polyphenols such as EGCG that prevent free radical damage and tumor formation, reduces inflammation, inhibits destructive enzymes that break down healthy collagen fibers (improves firmness / elasticity), provides photo-protective benefits
